"Does
Acts 28:28
signal a
change in
God's dealings
with mankind?
Yes...and
no."
Most Bible students acquainted with
studying the
Scriptures
from a
Dispensational
viewpoint are
familiar with
a theological
position
commonly known
as the "Acts
28" position.
Those who hold
this position
believe that,
at the moment
of the Apostle
Paul's third
and final
condemnation
of Israel's
unbelieving
leaders, God
completely
changed His
dealings with
mankind. They
maintain that
a brand new,
"heavenly
hope" was
initiated at
that point and
it was at that
point God
started the
church of
today, which
is the Body of
Christ. This
doctrinal
position is
held by very
well-studied
individuals
and the
founders of
this movement
have
exceedingly
blessed the
church (and
this author)
with a wealth
of accurate
Bible
teaching.
However, if
this doctrine
is true, it
logically
holds major
ramifications.
In the attached study, we take a hard,
focused look
at Acts 28:28
to answer this
basic
question: Does
it signal a
change in
God's dealing
with mankind?
